At DoAaram, we aim to provide reliable and hassle-free home services. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and related charges are handled.

1. Customer Cancellation

Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if the cancellation is made:

  • At least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Partial Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation is made:

  • Less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Applicable charges may include:

  • Provider travel cost
  • Convenience fee
  • Slot blocking fee

No-Show Policy

If the customer:

  • is unavailable at the location,
  • does not answer calls,
  • or denies service after provider arrival,

DoAaram reserves the right to charge a no-show fee.


2. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule bookings subject to provider availability.

  • Rescheduling requested at least 2 hours before service time is generally free.
  • Last-minute rescheduling may incur operational charges.

3. Provider Cancellation

If a service professional cancels:

  • DoAaram will attempt immediate reassignment.
  • Customers may choose:
    • another provider,
    • rescheduled service,
    • or full refund (if prepaid).

Repeated provider cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.


4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on service stage and payment status.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued if:

  • provider unavailable,
  • service cannot be completed,
  • duplicate payment,
  • booking cancelled within free cancellation period,
  • verified quality issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not apply for:

  • completed services,
  • change of mind after service completion,
  • customer no-show,
  • false complaints,
  • damages unrelated to service.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 5–7 business days for UPI/wallets
  • 7–10 business days for cards/bank accounts

Actual timelines depend on payment providers and banks.


6. Membership & Subscription Cancellation

For membership plans:

  • Customers may cancel renewal anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Active subscription periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Emergency or Force Majeure

DoAaram shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • natural disasters,
  • strikes,
  • weather conditions,
  • government restrictions,
  • technical outages,
  • or unforeseen operational disruptions.

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

DoAaram reserves the right to:

  • block fraudulent users,
  • deny repeated misuse,
  • suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity,
  • recover operational losses caused by intentional misuse.
